US CapitolMuch news surrounded Israel Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech to Congress earlier this week. When local radio station KOGO was looking to get local reaction to the speech, they contacted the San Diego Jewish Journal. Our co-publisher, Mark Edelstein, spoke with Afternoon News anchors Ernie Brown and Marilyn Hyder on Tuesday, March 3.

“I thought the speech was a wake-up call for the whole world,” Edelstein says. He expressed concerns about the state of Iran’s nuclear program and wondered aloud about the safety of our collective future.

“What I would like is for the administration to take a tougher stand with Iran,” Edelstein continues.
