Tubercular courtesan Marguerite Gautier abjures her rich lover, Baron De Varville, and sells all her jewels and furnishings to live in the counry with her true love, poor young Armand Duval. Her heart is broken when he agrees to his father’s request to abandon her, and returning to her unhealthful life in Paris, she declines rapidly, but is reunited with Armand in a deathbed scene that provokes both laughter and tears. 6:15 p.m. First Night Seder begins
Join us for our traditional Congregational 1st Night Seder with the Beth Israel clergy. This joyous celebration will feature a delicious catered dinner and Haggadot will be provided.
Tickets are $45 for nonmembers (per person), $40 for members and their guests (per person). Children 6-12 years old are $18 and children 5 and under are $5.
