Women, Wine and Song – An Evening with Whitney Shay
Mar 22 @ 8:00 pm

Shay, a San Diego native, will salute, honor and sing classic hits from iconic Jewish vocalists spanning decades. Whether you fancy big band and swing, love folk music and the blues or are a fan of classic or alternative rock – many genres will be explored. The tribute will feature songs from Sophie Tucker, Bette Midler, Carly Simon, Amy Winehouse and others at this truly unique performance. There is even a tune from the not-so-Jewish, Andrews Sisters. Why? Their breakout song was a Yiddish oldie – Bei Mir Bist Du Shein.
