FROM THE ARCHIVE
Often overlooked in our practices as managers, program designers, and leaders is the process of how we learn from experiences. Utilizing the David Kolb Learning Cycle, this seminar exposes participants to the theory and practice of this approach, and provides them with practical tools for facilitating supporting staff and participants in growth. This will be a hands on and collaborative seminar.
